I'm a designer with nearly a decade of experience in branding and visual communication, currently based in Oslo.

My background spans industries like SaaS, finance, hospitality, and security. I’ve worked across agencies, startups, and in-house teams, helping brands launch, grow, and evolve. What ties it all together is a focus on thoughtful design that supports real goals.

I specialize in creating strong visual identities and scalable design systems. Whether I’m designing a campaign asset or leading a rebrand, I care about making each design decision meaningful. I want every piece of work to not just reflect the brand but strengthen it.

ARDOQ

  • Led the development of engaging visual assets for campaigns and marketing materials, collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to align messaging and branding.

  • Managed the execution of a full-scale brand refresh by unifying visual identity across all touchpoints, updating assets, and establishing scalable guidelines for future use.

  • Supported major submissions to Gartner and Forrester, producing high-quality assets that effectively communicated Ardoq’s market positioning.

  • Designed and delivered assets for major corporate events, overseeing booth design, merchandise, and print materials, ensuring seamless production with manufacturers.

  • Played a pivotal role in the setup and management of the recruitment website, designing pages and maintaining its content to reflect company culture and branding.

  • Directed cross-functional teams across multiple brands under the New Normal Group umbrella, providing strategic direction and creative oversight.

  • Led product development and implementation, and crafted compelling pitches for investors, securing funding for projects such as Bill Kill (finance app) and Okay (security platform).

  • Created comprehensive product mockups, user scenarios, and feature prototypes to support successful product launches.

  • Designed and maintained New Normal Group’s website, ensuring content was current and aligned with brand objectives.

  • Developed and launched brand identities for diverse industries, including Farstad & Co. (coffee), Origami Paperworks (finance), Frøya (women’s health), and others, delivering comprehensive design solutions across logos, websites, and marketing assets,

  • Curated and maintained Snowball Digital’s website, crafting case studies and blog content to elevate visibility and attract potential clients.

  • Oversaw print production and editorial projects, such as Bunad Magazine, and created branded merchandise, delivering high-quality outputs that aligned with client expectations.

PESTANA GROUP

  • Sole in-house designer for a global portfolio of 100+ properties across 14 countries, managing visuals for hotels, resorts, spas, restaurants, and bars.

  • Delivered high-volume seasonal campaigns, producing 300+ digital and print assets per campaign, including online banners, newsletters, and videos.

  • Produced print advertisements, packaging designs, and other offline marketing materials, showcasing versatility in visual communication.

  • Played a critical role in a company-wide global rebrand, aligning multiple sub-brands under a cohesive umbrella identity while tailoring designs for different sectors.

  • Designed brand identities for new properties, including logos and creative campaigns for restaurants and bars, such as Rib Beef & Wine Oporto.
